Professional Background
Before joining Smith Knowles, P.C. in its Meridian Idaho office, Mitch provided legal services in the Treasure Valley including real estate, estate planning, business, and landlord-tenant law. While in law school at the University of Wyoming, Mitch served in the Civil Legal Services Clinic and clerked for the Honorable Kent J. Dawson, senior district judge of the United States District Court of the District of Nevada. Mitch is a member of the Idaho State Bar. He is admitted to practice in federal court for the District of Idaho.
Mr. Gardner practices in the areas of community associations and landlord-tenant law. Mr. Gardner is a member of the Idaho State Bar. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Lexi and their two children.
